老年相关科室护士的衰弱知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查老年相关科室护士对老年衰弱的知信行现状,分析其影响因素,为临床开展相关的培训及干预提供理论依据。方法使用编制的《老年相关科室护士对老年衰弱的知信行调查问卷》,选取569名老年相关科室护士对老年衰弱的知信行进行现况调查,并分析其相关影响因素。结果老年相关科室护士对老年衰弱的知信行总分为(91.96±11.55)分,不同人口学特征在衰弱知信行总分以及三个维度,差异有统计学意义,且有不同的影响。结论老年相关科室护士对老年衰弱的知信行水平有待加强,建立和完善老年衰弱相关护理培训及干预势在必行。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of frailty nursing among nurses in geriatric departments and analyze the influencing factors of KAP,we conducted this survey,so as to provide theoretical supports for clinical training and quality control.Methods 569 nurses in geriatric departments were selected from the questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of geriatric frailty,and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The total score was(91.96±11.551).Different demographic characteristics had significant differences in both total and each scores of frailty knowledge,attitude and action.Conclusion Level of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of frailty nursing among nurses in geriatric departments needs to be improved.It is imperative to establish and improve the nursing training system and qualification certification of senile frailty in geriatric departments.
