摘 要:目前我国许多火电厂采用循环流化床锅炉进行产汽发电,锅炉给煤机的给煤控制大多采用单纯的PID闭环调节控制来实现。在实际生产运行过程中会出现皮带机运行故障,或者煤湿结团等原因导致进煤口堵煤,单纯PID闭环调节就无法控制在设定给煤量,导致入炉煤总量减少,人工调整不及时就会造成锅炉生产的负荷波动,影响锅炉的产汽量,最终影响汽轮发电机的发电效率。通过在DCS系统设计给煤机智能控制程序,能够实现多台给煤机之间相互监督,出现异常能够实时相互弥补给煤的差量,从而保证整体入炉煤总量不变。实际运行后表明,此设计可以避免锅炉给煤机故障,或者堵煤等不畅带来的负面影响,保证了循环流化床锅炉的稳定运行。At present,many thermal power plants in my country use circulating fluidized bed boilers to generate steam and generate electricity.Most of the coal feeding control of the coal feeder of the boiler is realized by simple PID closed-loop regulation control.In the actual production and operation process,there will be belt conveyor failures,or coal wet agglomeration,etc.,which may cause coal blockage at the coal inlet.Simple PID closed-loop adjustment cannot control the set coal feeding amount,resulting in a reduction in the total amount of coal fed into the furnace,and artificial If the adjustment is not timely,it will cause the load fluctuation of the boiler production,affect the steam production of the boiler,and ultimately affect the power generation efficiency of the turbine generator.By designing the intelligent control program of the coal feeder in the DCS system,it is possible to realize the mutual supervision of multiple coal feeders,and to make up for the difference in coal feeding in real time in case of abnormality,so as to ensure that the overall total amount of coal fed into the furnace remains unchanged.After the actual operation,it is shown that this design can avoid the negative impact of the failure of the coal feeder of the boiler or the blockage of coal,and effectively ensure the stable operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler.
