摘　　要：目的建立LC-MS/MS法测定复方甘草片中可待因、蒂巴因含量。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)(3.0×150 mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温:30℃,流速为0.3 ml/min,进样2μl,正离子多反应监测模式。结果磷酸可待因、蒂巴因分别在96.87~1397.66 ng/ml,9.66~198.12 ng/ml范围内与峰面积呈现较好的线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为磷酸可待因96.8%(RSD 3.8%)、蒂巴因93.7%(RSD 3.6%)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,为全面控制复方甘草片质量提供实验依据。Objective A LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of codeine and thebaine in compound licorice tablet.Methods The determination was performed on ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)(3.0×150 mm,1.8μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(0.1%formic acid)with gradient elution,monitored by positive SRM mode.The column temperature was 30℃ with flow rate 0.3 ml/min and injection volume 2μl.Results The linear ranges of codeine and thebaine were 96.87~1397.66 ng/ml,9.66~198.12 ng/ml.The average sample recoveries were 96.8%(RSD is 3.8%),93.7%(RSD is 3.6%).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,suitable for the determination of codeine and thebaine in compound licorice tablet,and can provide reference for its quality control.
