2018~2020年某三甲医院甘草酸类保肝药的使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的深入了解南通大学附属南通第三医院2018~2020年甘草酸类保肝药物的使用情况和特点。方法收集该院2018年1月~2020年12月各保肝药物的品种和销售金额,提取甘草酸类保肝药物的消耗量、销售金额,并计算用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及排序比。结果2018~2020年该院甘草酸类保肝药销售金额逐年增长。异甘草酸镁注射液销售金额和DDC最高。复方甘草酸苷片DDC最低,但消耗量和DDDs在2018~2019年排名最高。甘草酸二铵注射液消耗量、销售金额和DDDs值排名一直最低。从排序比看,2018~2020年异甘草酸镁注射液排序比<1,甘草酸二铵注射液排序比等于1,复方甘草酸苷片的排序比>1;复方甘草酸苷注射液在2019~2020年排序比>1。结论南通大学附属南通第三医院甘草酸类保肝药物主要以异甘草酸镁、甘草酸二铵和甘草酸苷的复方制剂为主。异甘草酸镁注射液价格偏贵,使用频率略低。甘草酸二铵注射液价格适宜与用药频度一致。复方甘草酸苷注射液和复方甘草酸苷片临床倾向大,使用频率高。Objective To investigate the utilization and characteristics of glycyrrhizic acid hepatoprotective drugs in the third affiliated hospital of Nantong University from 2018 to 2020.Methods The drug varieties and sales amount of hepatoprotective drugs were collected from January 2018 to December 2020,and the sales amount and consumption sum of glycyrrhizic acid drugs were extracted,and the DDDs,DDC and ranking ratio of these drugs were calculated.Results The consumption sum of glycyrrhizic acid drugs increased year by year from 2018 to 2020.Magnesium isoglycyrrhizin injection had the highest consumption sum and DDC.The DDC of compound glycyrrhizin tablets was the lowest from 2018 to 2019,but the usage amount and DDDs were the highest in 2018~2019.The usage amount,the consumption sum and DDDs of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection always ranked the lowest.In the perspective of the ranking ratio,the ranking ratio of magnesium isoglycyrrhizin injection was far less than 1,and the ranking ratio of diammonium glycyrrhizin injection was equal to 1 from 2018 to 2020,while the ranking ratio of compound glycyrrhizin tablet was far more than 1.Compound glycyrrhizin injection ranked far more than 1from 2019 to 2020.Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,diammonium glycyrrhizinate and compound preparation of glycyrrhizin were the mainly used of glycyrrhizic acid drugs in Nantong third hospital affiliated to Nantong University.Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection seemed expensive and was used less frequently.Diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection had the suitable price which was consistent with its frequency of use.Compound glycyrrhizin injection and compound glycyrrhizin tablet had great clinical tendency and high frequency of use.
