摘 要:目的评价药学干预对老年患者Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物的影响,为促进老年患者合理用药提供参考。方法选2020年1~12月Ⅰ类切口手术病例中年龄>65岁患者187例作为干预组,采取药学干预,选2019年1~12月Ⅰ类切口手术病例中年龄>65岁患者152例作为对照组,不采取药学干预,对干预前后预防用抗菌药物费用、疗程、预防用药率以及预防用药遴选、用药时长、用药时机、给药频次及无指征预防用药等现象进行分析。结果干预组预防用抗菌药物费用、疗程、预防使用率明显降低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组预防用药遴选、用药时长、用药时机、给药频次及无指征预防用药等现象明显少于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师干预后老年患者Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性得到显著改善,药学干预可以有效降低老年患者预防用抗菌药物的费用及使用率,缩短用药疗程,减少抗菌药物不合理使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the perioperative preventive use of antibacterial drugs for class Ⅰ incisions in elderly patients in our hospital,and to provide references for promoting rational use of drugs in elderly patients.Methods Select 187 patients aged>65years from January to December 2020 in our hospital with type Ⅰ incision surgery cases as the intervention group,and take pharmaceutical intervention.Select the type Ⅰ incision surgery cases in our hospital from January to December 2019 who are older than 65 years old.152 cases of elderly patients served as the control group.No pharmaceutical intervention was taken.The cost of preventive antibiotics before and after the intervention,the course of treatment,the rate of preventive medication,the selection of preventive medication,the duration of medication,the timing of medication,frequency of prophylactic antibacterials before and after intervention were analyzed.Results The cost,duration of treatment,and the rate of preventive use of antibacterial drugs in the intervention group were significantly reduced,with significant differences in data between the two groups(P<0.05).The intervention group’s preventive medication selection,medication duration,medication timing,dosing frequency,and non-indicated prophylactic medication were significantly less than those in the control group,with significant differences in data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the rationality of preventive use of antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period of elderly patients Ⅰ incision has been significantly improved.Pharmaceutical intervention can effectively reduce the cost and usage rate of preventive antibacterial drugs for elderly patients,shorten the course of treatment,and reduce unreasonable antibacterial drugs.
