盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在胃镜下食管异物取出术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在胃镜下食管异物取出术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年8月~2021年8月深圳市龙岗中心医院收治的71例行胃镜下食管异物取出术患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为观察组(36例)与对照组(35例)。观察组术前10 min口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆10 ml,对照组直接行胃镜下食管异物取出术。观察两组患者耐受程度、食管异物取出成功率、食管异物取出后并发症情况。结果观察组患者耐受程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.19,P=0.03)。观察组食管异物取出成功率(100.00%),明显高于对照组(88.57%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.36,P=0.04)。两组食管异物取出后并发症发生率分别为25.00%、45.71%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.34,P=0.07)。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆应用于胃镜下食管异物取出术,可显著改善患者耐受程度,提高食管异物取出成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of dacronin hydrochloride mucilage in the removal of esophageal foreign body under gastroscope.Methods Seventy-one patients undergoing esophagoscopic foreign body removal in Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from August 2020 to August 2021were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=36)and the control group(n=35)by drawing lots.The observation group was orally treated with dacronine hydrochloride mucilage 10 ml 10 min before surgery,and the control group was directly treated with esophageal foreign body removal.The tolerance,success rate of esophageal foreign body removal and complications after esophageal foreign body removal were observed in the two groups.Results The tolerance of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.19,P=0.03).The success rate of esophageal foreign body removal in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(88.57%),with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.36,P=0.04).The incidence of complications after removal of esophageal foreign body was 25.00% and 45.71% in the two groups,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=3.34,P=0.07).Conclusion The application of dacronin hydrochloride mucilage in gastroscopic removal of esophageal foreign body can significantly improve patient tolerance and improve the success rate of esophageal foreign body removal.
