摘　　要：司美格鲁肽是诺和诺德公司自主研发的新型长效GLP-1类似物,2021年4月已成功获批在我国上市,司美格鲁肽作为一种新型长效GLP-1类似物以利用突破性技术将其半衰期延长至7 d,每周一次的用药方式大大提高了患者的用药依从性,本文就司美格鲁肽研究进展进行综述。Smeglutide is a new long-acting GLP-1 analogue independently developed by Novo Nordisk.It has been successfully approved to be listed in China in April 2021.Smeglutide,as a new long-acting GLP-1 analogue,has extended its half-life to 7 days by using breakthrough technology.The weekly medication method has greatly improved the medication compliance of patients.This paper reviews the research progress of simaglutide.
