摘　　要：为打造砂船建造、检验、登记、营运全生命周期监管责任链条,全面落实船籍港海事监管工作职责,夯实船舶本质安全的基础,海事部门对预登记的砂船开展船舶安全技术条件核查工作。在对船舶技术条件核查工作中发现的普遍存在的典型船体结构缺陷进行分析的基础上,给出相关工作建议。In order to build up a chain of supervision responsibility for the whole life cycle of sand ships in terms of construction,inspection,registration and operation and fully implement the responsibilities of maritime supervision at the port of registry and lay a solid foundation for the intrinsic safety of ships,the maritime administration has carried out the verification of technical conditions for pre-registered sand ships.The paper mainly analyzes the common typical structural deficiencies identified in the verification of ship technical conditions,and proposes relevant suggestions.
