摘　　要：通过分析港池航道通航环境较复杂的水域配布实视觉航标存在的问题,提出设置虚拟AIS航标的设计方案。经过对虚拟AIS航标标准符合性、实际配布案例、播发显示特点和岸基通信信道资源保障等进行研究,剖析虚拟AIS航标在环境干扰、船舶使用、通信支持等方面存在的隐患,提出了北斗星基AIS、VDES技术研究和建立基于S-100标准的AIS航标使用规范等相关对策,有效推进港池航道虚拟AIS航标配布应用。Based on a study of the existing problems with the allocation of actual visual aids to navigation in the waters with complicated navigation environment in harbour basin waterways,the paper puts forward the design plan for setting virtual AIS navigation marks.It studies the conformity of virtual AIS navigation marks with relevant standards,actual cases,characteristics of transmission and shore-based correspondence channel resource support.Furthermore,potential problems of the virtual AIS navigation marks are probed into in terms of environment disturbance,onboard utilization and correspondence support,and countermeasures are puts forward in the aspects of Beidou Satellite based AIS,VDES technology research and the establishment of AIS navigation mark utilization standards based on the S100 standard,aiming at effectively promoting the allocation and application of virtual AIS navigation marks in harbour basin waterways.
