摘　　要：暴马丁香作为一种药用植物,具有极高的药用价值。为了保护和有效利用暴马丁香资源,建立混合表面活性剂强化提取暴马丁香枝中齐墩果酸提取的工艺条件,采用正交试验法探究不同浓度表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠和十六烷基氯化吡啶)的混合使用对提取率的影响,结果表明,在液料比为1∶10,乙醇体积分数为85%,过100目筛,质量浓度为0.4%的表面活性剂1∶1混合为最佳提取工艺条件。As a kind of medicinal plant,Syringa reticulata has high medicinalvalue.In order to protect the resources and effective utilization of Syringa reticulata,to establish a method for enhancing the extraction of oleanolic acid from Syringa reticulata with mixed surfactant,the effects of mixed use of ionic surfactant,Yin and Yang(dialkyl sodium sulfate and Cetyl pyridine chloride)with different concentrations on the extraction effect were explored by orthogonal test method,the results show that the optimum extraction conditions were the liquid ratio of 1:10,the volume fraction of ethanol is 85%and mixed surfactants with a mass concentration of 0.4%through 100 mesh sieve.
