等离子技术治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨等离子技术治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲的效果及对患者血清白介素(IL)-5、IL-32、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者62例为观察对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组31例、观察组31例。对照组用鼻中隔偏曲成形术,观察组在鼻中隔偏曲成形术基础上采用等离子技术,比较两组症状积分、糖精清除时间、鼻阻力、血清IL-5、IL-32、MCP-1水平及并发症。结果 两组术后3个月的症状积分、鼻阻力降低,糖精清除时间缩短,观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月两组血清IL-5、IL-32、MCP-1水平比术前明显下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论 等离子技术治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲能缓解鼻炎症状,改善鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能,降低鼻阻力,降低血清IL-5、IL-32、MCP-1水平,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of plasma technology in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation and its effect on serum interleukin(IL)-5, IL-32, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) levels.Methods A total of 62 patients with allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as observation objects, and were divided into control group 31 cases and observation group 31 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with nasal septum deflection plasty, and the observation group was treated with plasma technology on the basis of nasal septum deflection plasty. The symptom score, saccharin clearance time, nasal resistance, serum IL-5, IL-32, and MCP-1 levels were compared between the two groups. complication. Results The symptom score and nasal resistance of the two groups were reduced at 3 months after operation, and the time of saccharin clearance was shortened. The indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the serum IL-5 and IL-32. The level of MCP-1 was significantly lower than that before operation, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Plasma technology in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deviated nasal septum can relieve rhinitis symptoms, improve nasal mucociliary clearance, reduce nasal resistance, reduce serum IL-5, IL-32, and MCP-1 levels, and reduce inflammation. It is worthy of promotion.
