香菊片在治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎中的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的 初步观察香菊片联合常规治疗对儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗的有效性和安全性,总结其临床特点和优势。方法 对照组患者儿童采用常规治疗,试验组患者儿童则采用常规治疗+香菊片联合治疗,其中香菊片连续给药2周;检测治疗前后鼻部症状VAS评分变化;治疗前后鼻阻力检测变化;以及治疗前后鼻声反射测量变化的情况;结果 治疗前对照组和试验组VAS评分相差无几,治疗后所有症状VAS评分均减轻,而试验组的VAS评分比对照组更低,其中黏脓性鼻涕、咽炎的VAS评分降低最明显(P<0.05),黏脓性鼻涕的对照组VAS评分为3.74±1.74,试验组VAS评分为1.86±1.21;咽炎的对照组VAS评分为3.96±1.75,试验组VAS评分为1.89±1.62;试验组在治疗后鼻阻力比对照组鼻阻力更小,更接近正常值,试验组鼻阻力为0.42±0.14,对照组鼻阻力为0.64±0.19,P<0.05;对对照组和试验组的患者在治疗前后鼻声反射测量变化情况进行检测分析,获得单侧鼻腔第一狭窄面积(UA1),第二狭窄面积(UA2),最小截面积(UMCA),0~5cm、2-5cm鼻腔容积(UV5、UV2~5),结果发现,在经过治疗后试验组的鼻声反射值比对照组显著降低;结论 香菊片联合常规治疗在治疗儿童性鼻窦炎中的疗效更显著,为儿童的身心健康和学习生活提供了更优质的保障。Objective To preliminarily observe the efficacy and safety of fragrant chrysanthemum tablets combined with routine treatment for childhood chronic sinusitis treatment, and to summarize its clinical characteristics and advantages.
