23例妊娠期耳鼻咽喉科疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 观察分析23例妊娠期耳鼻咽喉科疾病的临床治疗。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的23例妊娠期耳鼻咽喉科疾病患者,统计患者的疾病类型、治疗效果及并发症发生状况。结果 患者疾病类型包括鼻出血、鼻炎、咽喉炎、咽喉反流、耳鸣及眩晕,患者治疗有效率均超过80%,并发症发生率为0%。结论 在妊娠期耳鼻咽喉科疾病治疗时,首选保守治疗和物理治疗方案,谨慎应用常规抗生素类药物,保障母婴健康。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment of 23 cases of otolaryngology diseases during pregnancy. Methods 23 patients with otolaryngology were analyzed retrospectively, and the disease type,treatment effect and complications were counted. Results Patient disease types including nosebleed, rhinitis,pharyngitis, throat re-flux, tinnitus and vertigo were more than 80% effective and complication rate was 0%.Conclusion In the treatment of otolaryngology diseases during pregnancy, conservative treatment and physical therapy programs are preferred, and carefully use conventional antibiotics to ensure the health of mother and baby.
