布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎-鼻息肉疗效及对患者鼻腔功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的 分析鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者采取布地奈德+鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效,评价对于鼻腔功能的影响。方法 于我院2018年11月~2021年11月治疗的鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者中遴选74例为探究对象,实施研究前应用随机抽样法分组,将其中37例纳入对照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗,剩余37例纳入试验组给予布地奈德+鼻内镜手术治疗,评价治疗情况。结果 相较于对照组,试验组临床总有效率明显较高,鼻气道阻力较小,嗅觉功能、鼻内镜评分较低,指标存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论 给予鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者布地奈德+鼻内镜手术治疗的效果较为理想,可有效改善鼻腔功能,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze the curative effect of budesonide + endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps, and to evaluate the effect on nasal cavity function. Methods A total of 74 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects of investigation. Before the implementation of the study, random sampling was used to group them, and 37 of them were included in the control group for nasal endoscopy Surgical treatment, the remaining 37 cases were included in the experimental group to receive budesonide + endoscopic sinus surgery to evaluate the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher, the nasal airway resistance was lower, and endoscopy were lower. There were significant differences in the indicators, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of budesonide +endoscopic sinus surgery on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps is relatively ideal, which can effectively improve the function of the nasal cavity and has application value.
