布地奈德联合黄氏响声丸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探究布地奈德联合黄氏响声丸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响分析。方法 选取我院耳鼻咽喉科2018年1月-2020年1月期间收治的110例慢性咽炎患者作为本次研究的研究对象,采用随时数字法将其分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组患者给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组在此基础上给予黄氏响声丸进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、血清炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8)、临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况等。结果 观察组的临床有效率为96.36%显著高于对照组的83.64%,治疗后,观察组在血清炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8指标均显著低于对照组,同时观察组在咽喉疼痛,咽喉干痒,咽喉异物感,黏膜充血,声音嘶哑等临床症状缓解时间上较对照组显著缩短,P<0.05表示该差异具有统计学意义。结论 布地奈德联合黄氏响声丸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效显著,能够降低血清炎症因子,对改善临床症状具有重要意义,值得临床推广借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide combined with Huang’s sound pill in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 110 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation, and the observation group was treated with Huang’s sound Pill on this basis Serum inflammatory factors(hs CRP, IL-6, IL-8), clinical symptom relief time, adverse reactions and so on.Result The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%, which was significantly higher than 83.64% of the control group. After treatment, the serum inflammatory factors such as hs CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Meanwhile, the relief time of clinical symptoms such as sore throat, dry and itchy throat, foreign body sensation in throat, mucosal congestion and hoarseness in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, P < 0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Budesonide combined with Huang’s sound pill has significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis, which can reduce the serum inflammatory factors, and is of great significance to improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
