摘　　要：目的 探究慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉采取鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果及运用安全性。方法 选取2019年1月~2021年1月在我院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,统计62例,运用双色球分组,分为两组,一组对照组(n=31),一组治疗组(n=31),对照组辅以传统手术,治疗组采取鼻内镜手术,对比两组效果,如有效率、并发症及各症状积分等。结果 治疗组有效率与对照组比显著提高(P<0.05);相较于对照组,治疗组眶周淤血、鼻腔粘连等并发症率更低P<0.05;治疗组鼻塞、嗅觉障碍等症状评分较对照组低(P<0.05);随访3个月,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉采取鼻内镜手术诊疗效果显著,可有效缓解症状,减少并发症及复发率,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Selected patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who were in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital’s Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. A total of 62 cases were counted. They were divided into two groups and a control group(n=31)., A treatment group(n=31), the control group was supplemented by traditional surgery, and the treatment group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. The effects of the two groups were compared, such as effective rate, complications, and scores of various symptoms. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05;compared with the control group, the treatment group had lower periorbital congestion, nasal adhesions and other complications rate(P<0.05);the treatment group had a higher score for symptoms such as nasal congestion and olfactory dysfunction The control group had a low(P<0.05);follow-up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is effective in diagnosis and treatment, which can effectively relieve symptoms, reduce complications and recurrence rates, and is safe.
