孟鲁司特片结合布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 讨论孟鲁司特片结合布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性。方法 2019年1月~2020年12月,将60例儿童支气管哮喘合并季节性过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为对照组(布地奈德气雾剂)与研究组(孟鲁司特片结合布地奈德气雾剂)各30例,观察指标:临床效果、哮喘及鼻炎症状评分及安全性。结果 研究组干预后临床效果、哮喘及鼻炎症状评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05;两组不良反应统计学差异不显著,P>0.05。结论 孟鲁司特片结合布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性好,利于促进症状缓解。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of montelukast tablet combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods From January 2019 to December 2020, 60 children with bronchial asthma complicated with seasonal allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group(budesonide aerosol) and study group(montrukast tablet combined with budesonide aerosol) with 30 cases in each group. Observation indicators:clinical efficacy, asthma and rhinitis symptom score and safety. Results The clinical effect, asthma and rhinitis symptom scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Montelukast tablet combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma complicated with seasonal allergic rhinitis has good clinical efficacy and safety, and is conducive to promoting the relief of symptoms.
