探究不同剂量艾贝宁对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者 镇静效果

摘　　要：目的 探析不同剂量艾贝宁对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者镇静效果。方法 选择2019年8月至2021年4月在本院诊治的104例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者纳入研究,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组52例。所有患者均接受鼻内镜手术治疗,麻醉前15min均接受0.9μg/kg艾贝宁静脉输注,参照组给予0.2μg/(kg·h)剂量予以维持,实验组给予0.6μg/(kg·h)剂量予以维持。对比两组患者临床指标、血流动力学、镇静效果评分、不良反应发生率以及生活质量指标。结果 实验组患者Ramsay镇静评分高于参照组,临床指标低于参照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采取0.6μg/(kg·h)剂量艾贝宁予以维持临床镇静效果显著,患者心率与平均动脉压获得明显改善,可有效避免患者出现躁动情况,降低不良反应发生率,缓解患者疼痛感,从而提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the sedative effect of different doses of ebine on patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 104 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from August 2019 to April 2021 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 52 cases in each group. All patients received endoscopic sinus surgery, 15 minutes before anesthesia received 0.9 μ The patients in the control group were given 0.2 mg/kg IVIG μ 6 g/(kg · h) μ G/(kg · h). The clinical indexes, hemodynamics,sedation score, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The Ramsay Sedation score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the clinical index was lower than that of the reference group, with significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusion 0.6% for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by endoscopic sinus surgery μ Conclusion The effect of maintaining clinical sedation with the dose of 0.5 g/(kg · h) is significant, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of patients are significantly improved, which can effectively avoid the emergence of agitation, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, relieve the pain of patients, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
