研究鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法 收集2020年1月~2021年5月区间本院收治80例声带息肉患者展开平行对照研究,以治疗方案差异性分组,40例记作对比组(支撑喉镜下手术)、40例记作研究组(鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术),比较临床疗效。结果 研究组综合有效率97.50%(显效率72.50%、有效率25.00%)较对比组85.00%(显效率55.00%、有效率30.00%)更高(P<0.05);研究组声带损伤、软腭损伤以及咽部黏膜损伤等并发症发生率较对比组更低(P<0.05);研究组生活质量综合评定问卷4个维度评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。结论 在声带息肉患者临床治疗期间,采取鼻内窥镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗,疗效确切,安全性良好,能够更好改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of nasal endoscope combined with supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Methods Collected 80 cases of vocal cord polyp patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 for a parallel controlled study, grouped according to differences in treatment plan, 40 cases were recorded as the comparison group(operation under support laryngoscope),and 40 cases were recorded As a research group(surgery under nasal endoscope combined with support laryngoscope) to compare the clinical efficacy. Results The comprehensive effective rate of the study group was 97.50%(the effective rate was 72.50%, the effective rate was 25.00%) than the control group 85.00%(the effective rate was 55.00%, the effective rate was 30.00%) was higher(P<0.05);the study group was injured in the vocal cords and soft palate The incidence of complications such as injury and pharyngeal mucosal injury was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the four dimensions of the comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with vocal cord polyps, surgical treatment under nasal endoscope combined with supporting laryngoscope is effective, safe, and can better improve the quality of life of patients.
