摘　　要：咽鼓管异常开放症(patulous eustachian tube, PET)是指咽鼓管失去正常静态时的闭合功能,管腔及开口持续开放,出现鼓室压随呼吸气流升降,鼓膜内外扇动的表现。其临床症状多样,治疗方案不一,本综述主要通过研究咽鼓管与腭帆张肌的解剖及功能关系探讨腭帆张肌松解术治疗咽鼓管异常开放症的可行性,并提出腭帆张肌松解术的适应症及其优势。Patulous eustachian tube(PET) is a condition in which the eustachian tube loses its normal static closure and the lumen and opening of the tube remain open, resulting in the rise and fall of the tympanic pressure with the respiratory airflow and the flapping of the inner and outer tympanic membrane. The clinical symptoms are diverse and the treatment options are different. This review mainly discuss the feasibility of tensor veli palatini release for the treatment of PET by studying the anatomical and functional relationship between the eustachian tube and the tensor veli palatini, and propose the indications and advantages of tensor veli palatini.
