摘　　要：目的 探讨下咽癌患者行复杂手术治疗的手术配合。方法 术前有效的心理干预,舒适的术前交流以及完备的手术准备,术中严密病情观察,使手术安全完成。结果 经过术前充分的物品准备和术中熟练的手术配合,手术顺利完成。结论 对下咽癌患者行复杂联合手术时,完备合理的围术期护理是手术顺利完成的必备条件。Objective To explore the operative cooperation of patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing complicated operative treatment. Methods Effective psychological intervention before operation, comfortable preoperative communication and complete operation preparation, and close observation of condition during operation can make the operation completed safely. Results After adequate preoperative preparation of goods and skilled operation cooperation during the operation, the operation was successfully completed. Conclusion Complete and reasonable perioperative nursing care is a necessary condition for the successful completion of complicated combined surgery for patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
