摘　　要：目的 探讨急救护理在创伤合并鼻外伤中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年4月就诊的创伤合并鼻外伤患者,共纳入80例,以随机均分法设为对照组与观察组,各40例,就医期间对不同组别实施不同治疗方案,治疗完成后评价干预效果。结果 与对照组比较,观察组各种指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将共享决策式快速康复护理理念用于创伤合并鼻外伤患者的急救护理效果显著,可安全有效并可促进患者的康复进程,有利于降低患者术后感染发生率。Objective To explore the application value of emergency care in trauma combined with nasal trauma. Methods A total of 80 patients with trauma and nasal trauma who were treated from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random equalization, with 40 cases in each group. After the treatment, the intervention effect between the two groups was evaluated according to the different treatments. Results Compared with the control group, all the indexes were better. Conclusion The shared decision-based rapid rehabilitation nursing concept to the emergency care of patients with trauma and nasal trauma is safe and effective, and can promote the patient’s rehabilitation process. It is beneficial to reduce the incidence of postoperative infections in patients and is worthy of clinical nursing work.
