低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的护理干预方法与效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎时采取护理干预的成效。方法 2019年12月~2021年4月,挑选在我院就诊的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者68例,分为A、B组,以掷筛法均分为34例。A组实行优质护理干预,B组采用常规护理,比较两组满意率、并发症状况。结果 A组护理满意率高于B组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。A组患者并发症发生率低于B组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 针对慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,采取低温等离子治疗后实施优质护理干预,患者临床满意程度较高,临床水肿消退及住院时长更短,并发症发生较少,值得后续应用推广。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis after low temperature plasma treatment. Methods from December 2019 to April 2021, 68 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in our hospital were selected and divided into group A and group B, 34 cases in each group. Group a received high quality nursing intervention, while group B received routine nursing. The satisfaction rate and complications of the two groups were compared. Result The nursing satisfaction rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention after low-temperature plasma treatment, patients with higher clinical satisfaction, clinical edema subsided and shorter hospital stay, fewer complications, worthy of follow-up application and promotion.
