摘　　要：目的 分析耳鼻喉手术治疗中潜在的护理安全隐患并实施相应的护理预防措施。方法 回顾性方式进行此研究,时段限制在2018年1月~2021年1月,对象为海军第971医院行耳鼻喉手术治疗的84例患者,分析耳鼻喉手术治疗中潜在的护理安全隐患,实施相应护理预防措施,观察患者护理满意度、并发症发生率以及焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况。结果 经护理措施实施后患者疾病宣教、心理疏导等护理满意度各指标分值明显较高,焦虑、抑郁评分较低,数据和护理前相较,P<0.05。并发症发生率分析:护理后仅为2.3%,护理前高达11.9%,数据和护理前比较,P<0.05。结论 分析耳鼻喉手术治疗中潜在的护理安全隐患后实施相应护理预防措施至关重要,是提高患者护理满意度、降低术后并发症发生率并改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的根本。Objective To analyze the potential nursing safety hazards in ENT surgery and implement corresponding nursing preventive measures. Methods This study was conducted in a retrospective manner, and the time period was limited from January 2018 to January 2021. The subjects were 84 patients who underwent ENT surgery in PLA Naval Hospital 971. The potential nursing safety hazards in ENT surgery were analyzed and the corresponding measures were implemented. Nursing preventive measures, observe the patient’s satisfaction with care, the incidence of complications,and the improvement of anxiety and depression. Results After the implementation of the nursing measures, the scores of the patients’ illness education, psychological counseling and other nursing satisfaction indexes were significantly higher, and the anxiety and depression scores were lower. The data were compared with those before the nursing, P<0.05.Analysis of the incidence of complications: only 2.3% after nursing, and as high as 11.9% before nursing. Compared with the data before nursing, P<0.05. Conclusion It is very important to implement corresponding nursing preventive measures after analyzing the potential nursing safety hazards in ENT surgery. It is the basis for improving patient care satisfaction, reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, and improving patient anxiety and depression.
