摘  要:目的 研究分析可视喉镜下经鼻气管插管法与经口气管插管法对ICU呼吸衰竭患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2020年5月~2021年6月我院收治的120例ICU呼吸衰竭患者进行气管插管患者的临床分析,其中可根据插管方式不同分为观察组(经鼻气管插管法)与对照组(经口气管插管法),对两组患者的插管成功率以及相关副作用发生率进行比较。结果 观察组在可视喉镜下的插管成功率相对较高,在插管过程中的附着用发生率较低,观察组与对照组相比相关副作用发生率相对较低,结论 在可视喉镜引导下的经鼻气管插管法与经口气管插管法都会对呼吸衰竭患者的护理效果产生一定的影响,但是经鼻气管插管法的成功率更高、副作用更少对护理效果的影响更小。Objective To study and analyze the effect of nasotracheal intubation and orotracheal intubation under video laryngoscope on nursing care of ICU patients with respiratory failure. Methods 120 patients with respiratory failure in ICU from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected for clinical analysis of endotracheal intubation. According to different intubation methods, they were divided into observation group(nasotracheal intubation) and control group(orotracheal intubation). The success rate of intubation and the incidence of related side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of intubation under the visual laryngoscope in the observation group was relatively high, and the incidence of adhesion in the intubation process was relatively low. Compared with the control group, the incidence of related side effects in the observation group was relatively low. Conclusion The nasal endotracheal intubation and oral endotracheal intubation under the guidance of the visual laryngoscope can have a certain impact on the nursing effect of patients with respiratory failure, However, the success rate of nasotracheal intubation is higher, the side effects are less, and the impact on the nursing effect is smaller.
