中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状的影响。方法 随机分组,观察组对耳鸣患者采用中医综合护理,对照组对耳鸣患者采用常规护理。结果 两组耳鸣患者护理前后SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分对比结果差异显著(P<0.05);两组耳鸣患者护理前后耳鸣严重程度评分、纯音听阈对比结果差异显著(P<0.05);两组耳鸣患者护理前后SF-36生活质量评分对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状好转具有积极影响。Purpose To study the effect of comprehensive TCM nursing on the negative emotions and clinical symptoms of tinnitus patients.Method Randomly grouped, the observation group used TCM comprehensive care, and the control group used conventional care.Result There was a significant difference between the two groups of tinnitus patients before and after care in SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score(P<0.05);the two groups of tinnitus patients before and after care had significant difference in tinnitus severity score and pure tone hearing threshold comparison results(P<0.05);two groups of tinnitus patients There was a significant difference in the SF-36 quality of life score before and after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive TCM nursing has a positive effect on the improvement of negative emotions and clinical symptoms of tinnitus patients.
