摘  要:针对中石油云南石化有限公司喷气燃料加氢装置的精制喷气燃料烟点、银片腐蚀以及外观不合格的现象进行了分析,并采取相应改进措施。结果表明:控制阿尔沙辛原油占比从46%降低到14%,喷气燃料产品烟点可从21.8 mm提高到25.0 mm;根据铵盐结晶温度计算,更改注水点位置和注水量,喷气燃料产品银片腐蚀从3级提高到0级;采用水溶性缓蚀剂时,每吨直馏煤油平均消耗的缓蚀剂量从30 g提高到60 g,有效解决喷气燃料产品外观不合格的问题。The unqualified smoke point, silver corrosion test results and appearance of refined jet fuel of jet fuel hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Company are analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures are taken. The results show that the mass fraction of Arsaxin oil is reduced from 46% to 14%, and the smoke point of jet fuel is increased from 21.8 mm to 25.0 mm. According to the calculation of ammonium salt crystallization temperature, the silver corrosion of jet fuel products was increased from grade 3 to grade 0 by changing the position of water injection point and water injection volume. The average water soluble corrosion inhibitor consumption is increased from 30 g to 60 g when using water-soluble corrosion inhibitor. The unqualified appearance of jet fuel products is effectively solved.
