摘 要:浆态床反应器是煤炭间接液化工艺中的核心装置之一,为保障反应器长周期安全运行,必须将反应器中的合成油连续有效地从固液两相中分离出来,采取动态错流过滤可以达到这一目的。根据固液动态错流过滤的基本原理和滤饼的特性,提出了一种新型动态错流过滤技术方案。对其进行了模拟研究,结果表明:通过内构件控制过滤管外侧液体流速,形成两相过滤,可以保证过滤面外流场均匀,进而使滤饼动态均匀,提高了过滤效果。结合模拟研究结果并通过理论分析认为,在浆态床费托合成(F-T合成)反应器内采用梯级金属粉末烧结过滤管和动态错流过滤技术,可以实现合成油与催化剂油浆的连续有效分离。The slurry-bed reactor is one of the most important equipment in the coal indirect liquefaction process. In order to make the reactor operate safely for a long time, it is necessary to continuously and effectively separate the synthetic oil in the reactor from the solid-liquid two phases, and dynamic cross-flow filtration can achieve this goal. According to the basic principle of solid-liquid separation cross-flow and the characteristics of filter cake, a new type of dynamic cross-flow filtration technology is proposed. The simulation experiments has been completed, and the results show that the flow rate of the liquid outside the filter tube can be controlled by the internal components, and a two-phase filtration can be formed to ensure the uniform flow field outside the filter surface. Therefore, the filter cake can be dynamically uniform and the filtration effect is improved. Through the simulation research and theoretical analysis results, it is believed that the use of stepped metal powder sintered filter tubes and dynamic cross-flow filtration technology in the slurry-bed F-T synthesis reactor can achieve continuous and effective separation of synthetic oil and catalytic slurry.
