摘 要:采用静电纺丝法以PMMA为基底,ZnO和ZrO_(2)为添加剂,制备了辐射制冷复合薄膜。并通过自组装测试装置对薄膜的净辐射制冷功率进行测试,探究了无机颗粒对复合薄膜制冷性能的影响。研究结果表明,选择ZrO_(2)为添加剂且添加量为8%(wt,质量分数)时,PMMA复合纺丝薄膜的性能最好。它在太阳光波段的反射率为97.7%,在大气窗口波段的发射率为86.7%。该薄膜在平均617W/m^(2)的太阳强度下显示出低于周边环境温度3.5℃的温差和62.6W/m^(2)的净辐射制冷功率。Radiant cooling composite films were prepared by electrospinning method with polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as matrix,ZnO and ZrO_(2) as additives.The net radiative cooling power of the film was measured by a self-assembly test device.The influence of the inorganic particles on cooling effect was investigated.The results shown that the film exhibited the best radiative cooling property when ZrO_(2) was selected as the additive,and the addition amount was 8 wt%.The reflectance in the solar spectrum was 97.7%,and the emissivity in the sky window was 86.7%.The film shown temperature difference of 3.5℃lower than the ambient temperature,and net radiative cooling power of 62.6 W/m^(2) under an average solar illumination intensity of 617 W/m^(2).
