摘 要:大规模制备高质量六方氮化硼纳米片一直是亟待解决的难题。结合高温热处理氧化插层和液相剥离离子插层的双重特点,高效制备了片层均匀的超薄六方氮化硼纳米片。热处理/水热两步法绿色无污染,得到的氮化硼纳米片产率高达74.8%,横向尺寸在200nm左右,厚度在1.07nm。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法对氮化硼纳米片进行表征分析,进而揭示反应过程中氮化硼纳米片的剥离机制,证明热处理/水热两步法的高效性和规模化生产的可行性。The large-scale preparation of high-quality hexagonal boron nitride(BN)nanosheets has always been an urgent problem to be solved.Combining the dual characteristics of high-temperature heat-treatment oxidation intercalation and liquid-phase exfoliation ion intercalation,ultra-thin hexagonal BN nanosheets with uniform layers were efficiently prepared.The heat treatment/hydrothermal two-step method was green and pollution-free,and the yield of BN nanosheets obtained was as high as 74.8%,the lateral size was about 200 nm,and the thickness was 1.07 nm.Characterization and analysis of BN nanosheets were carried out by SEM,TEM,AFM,FT-IR,raman,XRD and XPS,and then revealed the peeling mechanism of BN nanosheets during the reaction process,which proved the high efficiency of the two-step heat treatment/hydrothermal method and the feasibility of large-scale production.
