纳米TiO_(2)对无机装饰板太阳热反射性能的影响研究

摘  要:采用干混法制备了掺金红石型纳米TiO_(2)(简称TiO_(2))的无机装饰板,通过红外热成像仪、温度传感器、带积分球的分光光度计这3种方法测试了装饰板的太阳热反射性能,重点研究了TiO_(2)的粒径、掺量对装饰板太阳热反射性能的影响规律。结果表明:随TiO_(2)掺量的增加,装饰板抗压强度呈先增大后减小的规律;当TiO_(2)掺量为2%时装饰板抗压强度最高,而当TiO_(2)掺量为6%时装饰板的太阳热反射率达到峰值。在TiO_(2)掺量相同条件下,装饰板的太阳热反射率随TiO_(2)粒径的增大而增大,当粒径为100nm时其热反射率最高;与空白样相比,掺6%TiO_(2)装饰板的太阳热反射率达到95.24%,其表面温度降低3.9℃。不同粒径TiO_(2)复掺可提高材料的太阳热反射性能,当25nm、100nm TiO_(2)复掺比例为1∶1时,装饰板太阳热反射性能最佳,其表面温度比空白样低4.5℃。Inorganic decorative boards doped with rutile nano TiO_(2)(hereinafter referred to as TiO_(2)) were prepared by dry mixing.The thermal reflection performance of the boards was tested by three methods:infrared thermal imager,temperature sensor,and spectrophotometer with integrating sphere.The influence of the particle size and content of TiO_(2) on the solar reflectance of the boards was studied.The results shown that:with the increase of TiO_(2) content,the compressive strength of the board increased first and then decreases.When the content of TiO_(2) was 2%,the intensity was the highest,and the solar heat reflectivity reached its peak when the content of TiO_(2) was 6%.Under the same TiO_(2)content,the solar reflectance of the board increased with the increase of the TiO_(2)particle size.When the particle size was 100 nm,the heat reflectance was the highest.The solar heat reflectance of the board doped with 6%TiO_(2)reached 95.24%,and its surface temperature was reduced by 3.9℃compared with the blank sample.The composite doping of TiO_(2)with different particle sizes can increase the heat reflectivity.When the ratio of 25 nm and 100 nm TiO_(2)was 1∶1,the heat reflection efficiency was the best,and the difference between the surface temperature of the board and the blank sample reached 4.5℃.
