摘  要:为了探究碳纤维改性混凝土在微波照射下的吸波发热效率,进一步提升机场道面混凝土微波除冰效果,制备了不同碳纤维长度(0.1cm、0.3cm、0.6cm)及体积掺量(1‰、2‰、3‰)的改性混凝土试件,通过开展微波下混凝土的温度分析试验,系统分析了碳纤维改性混凝土在微波照射下吸热效率、温度上升及其综合分布情况,通过实际冰层微波照射进行检验,并通过四电极法对试件电阻率进行测量。结果表明:在混凝土基体中掺入碳纤维具有减小微波吸收率和提升微波利用率的双重作用;增加碳纤维长度及掺量均可使吸波发热区由椭圆形态变为“狗骨状”形态;提高碳纤维长度及掺量均能使改性混凝土发热效率提升;相较于增大掺量,增加长度对提升碳纤维改性混凝土吸波发热效率、扩大发热面积效果更加显著;当碳纤维长度为0.6cm、掺量为2‰时改性混凝土的试件电导率最小,吸波发热效率最优,温度分布面积最广。In order to explore the microwave absorption and heating efficiency of carbon fiber reinforced(CFR)-modified concrete under microwave irradiation,and provide reference for the later application of microwave deicing of airport pavement concrete,the samples with different CF volume(1‰,2‰,3‰)and length(0.1 cm,0.3 cm,0.6 cm)were prepared.The heat absorption efficiency,temperature rise and its comprehensive distribution of CFR-modified concrete under microwave irradiation were systematically analyzed,and measured the resistivity of the samples by using the four-electrode method.The results shown that adding CF into concrete matrix can reduce the microwave absorption rate and improved the microwave utilization rate.Increasing the length and content of CF can make the heat absorption zone changed from ellipse shape to“dog bone”shape.Increasing the length and content of CF can improve the heating efficiency of the modified concrete.Compared with increasing the content,increasing the length was more effective to improve the microwave absorbing and heating efficiency,and expanded the heating area.When the length of CF was 0.6 cm and the content was 2‰,the electrical conductivity of the samples was the minimum,the heat efficiency was the best,and the temperature distribution area was the widest.
