新时期我国外贸综合服务企业高质量发展问题研究

摘　　要：在我国经济由高速增长阶段迈向高质量发展阶段的时代背景下,外贸综合服务企业迎来了崭新的发展契机。外贸综合服务企业依托先进的信息技术平台和服务模式,有效解决了贸易企业与传统外贸服务供应商之间出现的经营模式单一、管理效益低下等问题,不但提升了外贸进出口的服务性价,还缓解了经济发展的资源约束。然而受多重因素影响,我国外贸综合服务企业在高质量发展之路上还存在诸多问题,需要通过完善外贸综合服务企业服务体系,简化退税流程,设立外贸综合服务资金池,推进产业信息化建设,培育专业化外贸人才等手段予以改善,使外贸综合服务企业真正成为经济发展的强力引擎。Under the background that China’s economy is moving from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high-quality development,foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises have ushered in a new opportunity for development.Relying on the advanced information technology platforms and service models,foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises have effectively solved the problems of single business model and low management efficiency between trading enterprises and traditional foreign trade service providers,which not only improves the service price of foreign trade import and export,but also alleviates the resource constraints of economic development.However,affected by multiple factors,China’s foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises still have many problems in the high-quality development.It is necessary to improve the foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise service system,simplify the tax rebate process,and set up a foreign trade comprehensive service fund pool,promote industrial information construction,cultivate professional foreign trade talents,etc.,so that foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises really become a powerful engine of economic development.
