摘  要:随着新型烟草制品在世界范围的快速发展,中国烟草行业对新型烟草制品的关注日益增强。本文对中国烟草行业在新型烟草发展现状、面临的挑战进行分析,阐述当前中国烟草行业新型烟草发展创新路径选择,提出中国烟草创新要做的条件准备,包括加强战略引导、积极与外部企业融合创新、将创新成果作为激励本身三个路径,从而推动中国烟草在新型烟草制品方面加速发展,实现整个行业的高质量发展。With the rapid development of new tobacco products in the world,China’s tobacco industry is paying more and more attention to new tobacco products.This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of the development of new tobacco in China’s tobacco industry,expounds the development path choice of new tobacco and innovation in China's tobacco industry,and puts forward the conditions for China’s tobacco innovation,including three paths,strengthening strategic guidance,actively integrating innovation with external enterprises,and taking innovation achievements as incentives,so as to accelerate the development of Chinese tobacco in new tobacco products and realize the high-quality development of the whole industry.
