摘 要:为了更好地预防重大突发事件,提高应急物流管理能力,本文针对重大突发事件及应急物流的特点,采用基于传递闭包法的模糊聚类分析计算方法重新选取重大突发事件下应急物流能力的主要评估指标,剔除冗余指标,从而确定评估指标体系设计中的关键衡量要素,运用G1和变异系数法主客观赋权结合的方式确定指标权重,建立了一个合理完善的评估指标体系。该体系可为更加科学地评估应急物流能力提供客观有效的参考。In order to better prevent major emergencies and improve the ability of emergency logistics management,in this article,according to the characteristics of major emergencies and emergency logistics,the fuzzy clustering analysis method based on transitive closure method is used to re-select the main evaluation indicators of emergency logistics capability under major emergencies,and eliminate redundant indicators,so as to determine the key measurement elements in the design of evaluation index system.The index weight is determined by the combination of G1 and coefficient of variation method,and a reasonable and perfect evaluation index system is established.The system can provide an objective and eff ective reference for the evaluation of emergency logistics capability.
