摘 要:采用简单的水热法制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)负载钼铋双金属硫化物(MoBiSx)纳米颗粒复合催化剂,目的是对MoBiSx的形貌尺寸以及低电导率进行改性,提高其在[EMIM]BF4-H2O电解液中的电催化还原CO_(2)性能。结果表明:尺寸约为10 nm~15 nm的MoBiSx纳米颗粒均匀的负载在MWCNTs表面上。与MoBiSx纳米颗粒催化剂相比,复合催化剂在[EMIM]BF4-H2O电解液中表现出更加优异的电催化还原CO_(2)的活性和选择性。进一步研究了复合催化剂在[EMIM]BF4-H2O电解液中水含量对电催化还原CO_(2)性能的影响。随着水含量的增加,还原电流密度逐渐增大。在[EMIM]BF4-H2O(40%)电解液中复合催化剂的催化电位为-0.3 V vs SCE时,产物甲醇的法拉第效率高达56.4%,电解池连续运行6 h后电流密度保持稳定在-11.16 mA⋅cm^(-2)。以上结果说明Mo⁃BiSx@MWCNTs是一种优异的电催化还原CO_(2)材料。Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)supported MoBiS_(x) nanocomposite catalyst was prepared simply by hydrothermal method.The purpose was to modify the morphology and size of MoBiS_(x) and improve its electrocatalytic reduction performance in[EMIM]BF_(4)-H_(2)O electrolyte.The results showed that the size of MoBiS_(x) nanoparticles was about 10-15 nm and distributed uniformly on the surface of MWCNTs.Compared with MoBiS_(x) nanoparticle catalyst,the composite catalyst showed better electrocatalytic activity and selective of CO_(2)reduction performance in[EMIM]BF_(4)-H_(2)O electrolyte system.Further studies were carried out on the effect of H_(2)O content on the electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)in[EMIM]BF_(4)-H_(2)O(x%)electrolyte system.The reduction current density increased with the increase of water content.The faraday efficiency of methanol was 56.4%at the potential-0.3 V vs SCE in[EMIM]BF_(4)-H_(2)O(40%)electrolyte system.The current density remained stably with-11.16 mA⋅cm^(-2) after 6 hours of continuous operation.The above results showed that MoBiS_(x)@MWCNTs was a kind of material with excellent electrocatalytic performance for CO_(2)reduction.
