摘  要:文章设计合成了含有偶氮苯和羧酸钠基团的pH响应性阴离子型两亲分子(C6-Azo-COONa),通过^(1)H NMR和元素分析的方法对两亲分子的结构进行了表征。并利用动态光散射(DLS)、冷冻刻蚀电子显微镜(FFTEM)、光学显微镜(OM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段研究了其在不同pH值的水溶液中所形成有序聚集体的形貌和结构。研究发现,C6-Azo-COONa在水溶液中可自组装形成球形胶束,当把溶液pH值调至酸性后,胶束转变为多级层状微米带结构,当把此酸性溶液再调为碱性后,胶束又可以重新形成。此外,在微米带形成的过程中,偶氮苯基团起到了必不可少的作用。A kind of pH-responsive anionic amphiphilic molecule(C6-Azo-COONa)containing azobenzene and carboxylate group was designed and synthesized,and its structure was characterized by ^(1)H NMR and elemental analysis.The morphology and structure of ordered aggregates formed in solutions with different pH values were studied by dynamic light scattering(DLS),freeze-fracture electron microscopy(FF-TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).This study showed that C6-Azo-COONa could self-assemble into spherical micelles inaqueous solution.When the pH value of the solution was adjusted to be acidic,the formed micelles were transformed into hierarchicallamellar microbelts structure.When this acidic solution was adjusted to be alkaline,the micelles could be reformed again.In addition,azobenzene group played the indispensable role in the formation of the microbelts.
