摘 要:近些年随着太原经济的快速发展,城市规模逐渐扩大,人口增多,太原污水排放量逐年增加,沿岸的生活污水和工业废水排入河道导致汾河太原段的生态环境受到污染。为了探究汾河太原段沉积物中污染情况,在2018年对汾河太原段7个区域沉积物中不同形态氮、铜、铝含量以及脲酶、蛋白酶活性进行调查分析。结果表明,汾河太原段沉积物各季节总氮含量从上游到下游呈先升高后降低再升高的趋势。铵态氮和硝态氮含量无明显分布规律,三种形态的氮含量均在春季最高。脲酶、蛋白酶活性在汾河太原段中心区域较低,受温度影响,其活性高低在不同季节的变化不尽相同,脲酶活性均比蛋白酶活性高。沉积物铝含量和铜含量在空间上无明显分布规律,铝含量在春季最高,铜含量在秋季最高。相关性分析表明,氮与金属铝的累积程度关系密切,金属铝会抑制酶的活性,而酶活性与氮含量呈负相关。通过数据分析,表明汾河太原段沉积物受到了氮源污染和铜污染,为保障汾河的生态环境,应加强对汾河外源输入的监管。In recent years,with the rapid economic development of Taiyuan,the city scale is gradually expanding,the population is increasing,and the sewage discharge of Taiyuan is increasing year by year.The domestic sewage and industrial wastewater along the banks is discharged into the river,which leads to the ecological environment pollution of Taiyuan Section of Fenhe River,Shanxi.In order to explore the pollution in the sediments of the Taiyuan section of Fenhe River,the contents of different forms of nitrogen,copper,aluminum and the activities of urease and protease in seven areas of Taiyuan Section of Fenhe River were investigated in 2018.The results showed that the total nitrogen content of sediments in the Taiyuan Section increased first,then decreased and then increased from upstream to downstream.The contents of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen had no obvious distribution pattern,and the contents of three forms of nitrogen were the highest in spring.The activity of urease and protease was lower in the central area of the Taiyuan Section.The activity of urease was higher than that of protease.There was no obvious spatial distribution pattern of aluminum and copper in the sediments.The aluminum content was the highest in spring,and the copper content was the highest in autumn.The correlation analysis showed that the nitrogen was closely related to the accumulation of aluminum.The aluminum inhibited the enzyme activity,but the enzyme activity was negatively correlated with nitrogen content.The data analysis showed that the sediments in the Taiyuan Section were polluted by the nitrogen source and copper.In order to protect the ecological environment of Fenhe River,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of external input of Fenhe River.
