摘 要:木材易燃的特性是限制其应用的重要原因,通过绿色环保的改性处理提升木材阻燃特性对其发展具有重要意义。通过将杨木单板先后真空浸渍于氯化钙和碳酸氢钠两种溶液中,在杨木单板内原位合成碳酸钙,探讨了0.5,1.0,1.5和2.0 mol/L浸渍液对杨木单板浸渍效果及性能的影响,选取最佳浸渍液浓度制备碳酸钙改性杨木胶合板并研究其性能。结果表明:通过不同浓度浸渍液处理的杨木单板细胞腔和细胞壁都能原位合成碳酸钙,1.0 mol/L浓度浸渍液处理后杨木单板的吸水率仅为未处理时的63.23%。碳酸氢钠浸渍时会减少杨木单板中的半纤维素与木质素,碳酸钙改性使杨木单板纤维素的结晶度有所降低。由于原位合成碳酸钙填补了杨木单板中的部分空隙,不同浓度浸渍液处理后的杨木单板拉伸强度均有所提升,当浓度为1.0 mol/L时,拉伸强度最高;并且在降低杨木单板热解质量损失率、提高残余质量分数方面,浸渍液浓度为1.0 mol/L时同样最佳。碳酸钙改性杨木胶合板与素板相比弯曲性能虽小幅降低,但添加改性杨木单板的胶合板能明显提升其阻燃性能。The flammability of wood is a key factor affecting its applications.Improvement of flame retardance of wood through green and environmental modification treatment is of great significance for its development.In this study,CaCO_(2)was in-situ synthesized in the poplar plywood by immersing veneers in CaCl;and NaHCO_(2)solutions at vacuum condition.The effect of the concentrations(0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mol/L) on the impregnation and the performance of poplar veneers were investigated.The optimal concentration was selected and the plywood was prepared by modifying poplar veneers in different assemble patterns.The results showed that the cell cavity and cell walls of poplar veneers treated with different concentrations of impregnation solution were filled with CaCO_(2).However,when the impregnation solution concentration was 1.5 mol/L and above,the deposition of CaCO_(2)particles was uneven,and dense CaCO_(2)particles were formed around the cell walls,while only a small amount of CaCO_(2)was deposited in the cell cavity.The water absorption rate of poplar veneers treated with 1.0 mol/L impregnation solution was only 63.23% of that of the untreated sample.The content of hemicellulose and lignin in the poplar veneer was decreased when being impregnated with NaHCO_(2),and the crystallinity of cellulose in the poplar veneer was reduced with the synthesis of CaCO_(2).The tensile strength of the poplar veneer treated with impregnating solution of different concentration was increased,and reached to the highest when the concentration was 1.0 mol/L.It was also the best in reducing the pyrolysis rate of poplar veneer and increasing the residual mass fraction when the concentration was 1.0 mol/L.The flexural properties of plywood prepared with modified veneers slightly decreased compared with that of unmodified one,but its flame retardance was significantly improved.The plywood prepared entirely from modified poplar veneers had a residual carbon content of 25.36% after combustion.When the fire-retardant properties of poplar plywo
