摘  要:分析楸树的品质性状遗传变化规律,选出优良无性系,为楸木人工林种质资源选育和工业化应用提供理论依据。测定了6个不同无性系楸木的化学成分、密度和纤维形态特征,并对不同无性系的部分木材性质进行了比较。结果表明,洛楸5号苯醇提取物含量最少,综纤维素、半纤维素和α-纤维素含量最多,纤维宽度最宽;洛楸1号木质素含量最少;洛楸3号纤维长度最长,纤维双壁厚、壁腔比最小。由髓心向外,6种楸木苯醇提取物含量逐渐增加,8年后明显下降;木质素含量由髓心向外逐渐降低,6年后趋于稳定;综纤维素和半纤维素含量由髓心向外均呈下降趋势,α-纤维素含量缓慢上升。从髓心向外,纤维长度随树龄增长而增加;纤维宽度变化不明显,整体呈现出略微下降的趋势;纤维双壁厚度随树龄增长而波动,变化规律较差;从髓心向外,壁腔比呈现缓慢增长的趋势,第9年轮以后,开始出现下降趋势,但下降幅度小于增长幅度。楸木密度适中,其中天楸2号密度最大,苯醇抽提物含量较高,颜色较深,可以考虑将其制作成乐器、棋盘等。The genetic variation patterns of quality traits in Catalpa bungei were analyzed in this study using the selected best asexual lines,which can be a theoretical foundation for the choice and cultivation of C.bungei plantation germplasm resources.Six C.bungei clones were selected to investigate their chemical compositions,densities,and fiber morphologies.Some wood properties from different clones were compared.The results showed that the most holocellulose,hemicellulose,α-cellulose contents and the widest fiber widths were presented in Luo C.bungei 5;the Luo C.bungei 1 had the least lignin contents;the Luo C.bungei 3 had the longest fiber lengths,the lowest fiber double wall thickness and ratio of double wall thickness to cell cavity.The benzene alcohol extractive contents of six C.bungeis clones were gradually increased with the increase of the tree age(1-8 years) from the pith to the bark,and then decreased after the 8 th year.The lignin contents were decreased with the increase of the tree age from pith to the bark,and slowly increased after the 6 th year.Holocellulose and hemicellulose contents decreased with the decrease of the tree ages from pith to the bark;α-cellulose contents slowly increased with the increase of the tree ages from pith to the bark.The fiber lengths of the six clones were increased with the tree age from the pith to the bark,however,the fiber widths were insignificantly varied and the overall trend of fiber widths showed a slight decline.The fiber double wall thickness was in a poor variation rule with the tree ages from pith to the bark.The ratio of double wall thickness to cell cavity showed a trend of slow increase with the increase of the tree age from the pith to bark,and it began to decline after the 9 th year,but the decrease was less than the increase.The density of C.bungei is moderate,and the density of Tian C.bungei 2 is the highest,the content of benzenol extract is higher,and the color is darker,so it can be considered to make musical instruments and checkerboards,etc.
