摘 要:在节能减排的背景下,如何提升液压系统效率成为研究的重点,其中基于变量泵的容积调速方式被广泛采用。为了液压泵能够选用合适的变量机构,课题组通过对相关文献进行阅读分析,旨在综述液压泵变量调节原理的发展,通过介绍当前液压领域常用的公司产品,以直接排量调节、压力调节、流量调节、功率调节进行分类,分别从工作原理、应用范围、各自的优缺点等方面进行分析,最后对液压变量泵的变量机构未来发展趋势进行展望,得出融合电控功能的集成泵具有良好的发展前景这一结论。In the circumstance of energy-saving and emission-reduction,the methodology of efficiency improvement of the hydraulic system has become a significant study subject.Among various kinds of approaches,variable-volume regulation has been widely used.In order to select appropriate variable mechanism for hydraulic pumps,the research group aims to summarize the development of variable-volume regulation for hydraulic pumps through reading and analyzing relevant literature.By introducing the products used in the hydraulic field,the research group divides the regulation into 4 types which are direct displacement regulation,pressure regulation,flow regulation,and power regulation,and further analyzes their working principle,application scope,advantages,and disadvantages respectively.Finally,the research group describes the future development trend of the variable mechanism of hydraulic variable displacement pumps.It is concluded that the integrated pump with electronic control function has a good development prospect.
