摘　　要：本文是对2020年发表的关于中国仲裁的英文文献综述,共包括28篇期刊和书籍章节等文献。笔者将上述文献归为以下主题:我国仲裁实践总览、外国机构仲裁和临时仲裁在我国的发展、仲裁中的程序问题、仲裁中的适用法问题、港澳地区仲裁新发展、仲裁协议和仲裁裁决的司法审查、“一带一路”相关仲裁问题以及专项仲裁等。通过对上述文献的归纳和述评,作者试图展现国际仲裁理论与实务讨论中所关注的我国仲裁的热点问题和新动向,并希望本文能让中文读者从国内外作者在国际平台上对中国仲裁的研究中的不同角度来理解我国仲裁发展。This article reviews 28 publications published in English before the end of 2020,including journal articles and book chapters,with a focus on China’s arbitration practice.The author divides the publications into the following categories:the general review on the arbitration practice in China,the development of ad hoc arbitration and arbitration administrated by foreign institutions in China,the procedural issues in the arbitration,the applicable law in the arbitration,the developments of arbitration practice in Hong Kong and Macao,the judicial review on arbitration agreements and arbitral awards,arbitration in the context of the‘Belt and Road’Initiative,and the developments of specific types of arbitration.By providing the summaries and commentaries on these publications,the author aims to illustrate the popular topics and the new trends in the theoretical and practical discussions in the context of international arbitration in relation to the developments of China’s arbitration practice,and provide the opportunity for the Chinese readers to understand Chinese arbitration from new perspectives provided by research on Chinese arbitration in a global context.
