摘　　要：过伟峰教授以中医辨证为纲领,结合多年临床经验,在治疗神经系统疾病及内科疑难杂症方面颇获奇效,尤擅用药对而成方中点睛之笔。本文主要列举了石膏和细辛、蜈蚣和防风、芍药和钩藤、防己和川牛膝、板子和淡豆豉5组常用药对,并试分析提炼过师诊治三叉神经痛、面肌痉挛、夜磨牙症、不安腿综合征及失眠的独到经验和立方思路。过伟峰教授临证中辨病辨证为先,后灵活配伍,使用药对治疗神经系统疾病疗效显著,值得借鉴及推广。Based on the syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine and years of clinical experience,Professor Guo Weifeng enjoys a high reputation in the treatment of nervous system diseases and intractable diseases in internal medicine,especially the utilization of medicinal pairs.In this paper,we listed five medicinal pairs of Gypsum Fibrosum and Asari Radix et Rhizoma,Scolopendra and Saposhnikoviae Radix,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix and Cyathulae Radix,Gardeniae Fructus and Sojae Semen Praeparatum,and summarized the unique experience and thoughts of Professor Guo in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,hemifacial spasm,bruxism,restless legs syndrome,and insomnia.Professor Guo first differentiates syndromes and then prescribes remedies according to the syndromes.Medicinal pairs are verified to be effective in the treatment of nervous system diseases,which should be further promoted.
