摘　　要：[目的/意义]聚焦电子资源使用过程中用户行为数据,对现有的收集途径进行对比分析,为高校图书馆开展文献智慧服务的基础数据收集途径提供技术参考。[方法/过程]面向高校图书馆对用户端的通信协议、Cookie机制、RIA技术和客户端的技术的实现原理进行分析,同时对其进行数据收集和对比实验。[结果/结论]研究表明,针对图书馆不同资源,在有效收集读者使用电子资源的过程中所产生的行为数据上,各类技术发挥各自不同的作用。[Purpose/significance]Focusing on user behavior data in the process of using electronic resources,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing collection approaches,and provides a technical reference for the basic data collection approaches for university libraries to carry out document intelligence services.[Method/process]This paper analyzed the implementation principle of communication protocol,Cookie mechanism,RIA technology and client technology for university libraries to clients,and carried out data collection and comparative experiments.[Result/conclusion]According to different library resources,various technologies play different roles in effectively collecting behavior data generated by the process of readers'use of electronic resources.
