摘 要:目的:从身体自尊的视角,探讨大学生特质正念影响自尊的机制。方法:采用正念注意与觉知量表(MAAS)、身体自尊量表(PSPP)、自尊量表(SES)对258名大学生进行测量,其中,男生117人,女生141人;利用结构方程模型与Bootstrap法对中介模型进行分析与检验。结果:(1)女大学生身体自尊总分以及运动技能,身体素质维度得分显著低于男大学生,其他研究变量均无显著性性别差异;(2)特质正念与自尊、身体自尊均显著正相关;(2)身体自尊与自尊之间的相关存在一定性别差异:男大学生身体自尊5个维度与自尊都显著正相关;女大学生身体自尊5个维度中,只有身体自我价值、身体状况、身体吸引力3个维度与自尊显著正相关;而运动技能、身体素质两维度与自尊相关不显著;(3)身体自尊在特质正念与自尊之间起部分中介作用,其中男大学生的中介效应为42,女大学生的中介效应为11;(4)男、女大学生身体自尊中,起中介作用的维度存在差异,男大学生身体自尊5个维度都起中介作用;女大学生只有身体自我价值、身体状况、身体吸引力3个维度起中介作用。结论:特质正念是影响身体自尊与自尊的积极特质,身体自尊的正念教育,是大学生自尊促进的重要途径,该途径对男大学生的自尊促进效应更大。Objective:To explore the mechanism of trait mindfulness influencing self-esteem of college students from the perspective of physical self-esteem.Methods:258 college students were measured with mindfulness attention and perception scale(MAAS),Body self-esteem scale(PSPP)and self-esteem scale(SES),including 117 male students and 141 female.The structure Equation Model and Bootstrap method were used to analyze and test the intermediary model.Results:(1)The scores of physical self-esteem,motor skills and physical quality of female college students are significantly lower than those of male students,and there are no significant gender differences in other variables.(2)The correlation between Body self-esteem and self-esteem has certain sex difference:Body self-esteem of male students has significant positive correlation with self-esteem in 5 dimensions;Body self-esteem of female students has significant positive correlation with self-esteem only in physical self-worth,physical condition and physical attractiveness dimensions,while motor skill and physical quality are not significantly correlated with self-esteem.(3)Body self-esteem plays a mediating role between trait mindfulness and self-esteem,in which the mediating effect of male students is 42 and that of female is 11.(4)There are differences in the mediating dimensions of Body self-esteem between male and female college students,male college students is mediated by 5 dimensions,while female college students is mediated only by self-worth,physical condition and physical attraction dimensions.Conclusion:Trait mindfulness is a positive trait that affects physical self-esteem and self-esteem,and the education of physical self-esteem is an important way to improve the self-esteem of college students and the facilitation effect of self-esteem is even greater for male college students.
