中国公共体育资源区域协调发展评价与路径选择研究

摘　　要：从区域公共体育资源、经济发展、人口数量、地理面积四个方面出发,构建中国区域公共体育资源协调发展评价体系,利用耦合协调度模型对我国区域公共体育资源的综合发展水平、协调状况与发展路径进行分析。研究表明:2008-2018年,我国公共体育资源综合水平明显提升,全民健身时代的体育强国建设成效显著;区域公共体育资源协调发展水平,处于基本协调与中度协调水平之间,具体呈波动缓慢上升的趋势发展。年均区域协调发展水平从高到低依次为东北、东部、西部与中部地区。区域公共体育资源综合水平落后于现有经济、人口发展水平,是导致区域公共体育资源失调发展的主要成因。据此提出我国区域公共体育资源协同发展、合作发展、补偿发展的具体实施路径,旨在为完善区域协调发展新机制,促进我国群众体育事业协调发展提供借鉴与参考。Based on the four dimensions of regional public sports resources,economic development,population density and land area,this paper builds an evaluation system for the coordinated development of regional public sports resources in China.The comprehensive level,coupling degree,coordination status and other issues are analyzed.Research shows that from 2008 to 2017,the overall development of China's public sports resources has improved significantly,indicating that the construction of a sports power nation in the era of national fitness has achieved remarkable results;the coordinated development of regional public sports resources has shown a trend of fluctuating upward development.The level of regional coordinated development is as follows:Northeast,East,West and central.Regional economic disparities and the increasing demand for public sports resources by sports fitness groups and other regional resource mismatches are the main causes of the uncoordinated development of regional public sports resources.According to the actual development situation of regional public sports resources,it is proposed that China's regional public sports resources cooperative development,coordinated development and compensation development path provide suggestions and references for improving the regional coordinated development mechanism and promoting the coordinated development of regional public sports.
