长江经济带体育产业协同发展的现状、现实困境及实施路径

摘　　要：产业协同作为区域协同的核心内容,是提高区域综合竞争力的关键支撑,是推动市场开放的重要载体。国家体育产业政策利好和长江经济带协同发展战略的实施,为长江经济带城市圈体育产业协同发展带来历史性的机遇。有鉴于此,采用文献资料研究、社会调查和逻辑分析等研究方法对长江经济带体育产业协同发展的现状、困境进行研究,研究结果表明:长江经济带体育产业协同发展虽有一定的基础,但由于行政主导的边界过于泛化、市场机制建设滞后以及博弈地位的不对等、利益协调机制的缺位,长江经济带体育产业协同发展仍存在一定的困境。为此,提出了长江经济带内体育产业协同发展的基本思路,从做好顶层设计、倡导共建共享、注重改革创新、拥抱信息技术与扩展人力资源这五点阐述了长江经济带体育产业协同发展的实施路径,旨在通过构建利益共同体、推进市场一体化、培育产业创新集群、促进产业数字化发展与优化人才储备,进而推动其协同发展。As the core content of regional synergy,industrial synergy is the major support to improve regional comprehensive competitiveness and an important carrier to promote market opening.The favorable national sports industry policy and the implementation of the synergy development strategy of the Yangtze River economic belt have brought historic opportunities for the synergy development of the sports industry in the urban circle of the Yangtze River economic belt.In view of this,the author uses the research methods of literature research,social investigation and logical analysis to study the current situation and dilemma of the synergy development of sports industry about the Yangtze River economic belt.The findings show that there is a certain foundation for the synergy development of sports industry in the Yangtze River economic belt,but there are still some difficulties in the development of sports industry in the Yangtze River economic belt,because the administrative leading boundary is so generalized,the construction of market mechanism lags behind,the game status is inequality,and the interest synergy mechanism is absence.Therefore,the author puts forward the basic train of thought for the synergy development of sports industry in the Yangtze River economic belt.The author expounds the implementation path of the synergy development of the sports industry in the Yangtze River economic belt from five points,such as doing a good job of top-level design,advocating contribution and sharing,paying attention to reform and innovation,embracing information technology and expanding human resources,then promotes its synergy development by building a community of interests,promoting market integration,cultivating industrial innovation clusters,promoting industrial digital development and optimizing talent reserves.
