摘 要:藕鱼生态立体种养模式是利用藕田与鱼塘中藕鱼的共生关系,来优化藕鱼种养的条件,降低藕鱼种养生产成本,科学防控病虫害,减少藕、鱼产品化学及药物残留,提升藕、鱼产品的安全性。文章以阜南县为例,从藕鱼共生的生态视角出发,探讨藕鱼生态种养技术,为藕鱼种养提质增产提供一些参考建议。The ecological three-dimensional breeding model of lotus root fish is to optimize the conditions of lotus root fish breeding,reduce the production cost of lotus root fish breeding,scientifically prevent and control diseases and pests,reduce the chemical and drug residues of lotus root and fish products,and improve the safety of lotus root and fish products by using the symbiotic relationship between lotus root field and lotus root fish in fish pond.Taking Funan County as an example,from the ecological perspective of lotus root fish symbiosis,this paper discusses the ecological planting and breeding technology of lotus root fish,so as to provide some reference suggestions for improving the quality and increasing the yield of lotus root fish.
