知信行护理联合家属参与式护理模式在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察知信行护理联合家属参与式护理模式在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月于郑州市第一人民医院接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者60例,依据随机数表法分组,研究组30例,对照组30例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上接受知信行护理模式及家属参与式护理模式干预。记录患者住院、肛门排气及下床活动时间,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行评价,记录患者腹部胀痛、下肢深静脉血栓、泌尿系统感染、尿潴留、切口裂开等并发症发生情况,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者住院时间、肛门排气时间、卧床时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HAMA评分及VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(20.00%),护理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。结论知信行护理模式联合家属参与式护理模式可缩短子宫肌瘤患者术后住院时间、肛门排气时间、卧床时间,缓解患者躯体性焦虑和精神性焦虑,缓解患者术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing combined with family participatory nursing model in the perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in Zhengzhou First People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received the nursing model of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing and family participatory nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The time of hospitalization,anal exhaust and getting out of bed were recorded.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used for evaluation.The incidence of complications such as abdominal pain,lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,urinary tract infection,urinary retention and incision dehiscence were recorded.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and bed rest time of the patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA score and VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the nursing satisfaction(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice nursing model combined with the family participatory nursing model can shorten the postoperative hospital stay,anal exhaust time and bed rest time of patients with uterine fibroids,relieve physical anxiety and mental anxiety,relieve postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,and increase satisfaction with care.
