摘 要:适应性鉴定是新品种推广利用的重要依据,在不同生态区(黑龙江哈尔滨、山东青岛、河南南阳和广西南宁)对34个豇豆新品系进行了适应性鉴定。通过变异分析发现,这些新品系在不同纬度均能开花结荚,但平均生育期以青岛生态区最短(61.1d),哈尔滨最长(75.8d);南宁生态区的株高(104.1cm)、单株荚数(21.9)和小区产量(4.46kg)均最大;荚长和百粒重受环境影响较小,各试点间差异不显著。通过GGE双标图分析发现,4个试点可划分为2个生态区组,南宁单独为一组,哈尔滨、青岛和南阳为一组,2组生态区内产量最高的品系分别为JD14和JD4。最终筛选出10个适宜不同生态区和试点种植的豇豆新品系,本结论可为这些品系的进一步示范推广奠定基础。Adaptability is a first step for the demonstration and utilization for new cultivars. We reported the identification of 34 new cowpea lines under different ecological environments(Harbin, Qingdao, Nanyang,Nanning). The results showed that these new lines bloomed and set pods in four sites, but the shortest average growth period(61.1d) was observed at Qingdao and the longest was at Harbin(75.8d);whereas, plant height(104.1cm), pod number per plant(21.9) and plot yield(4.46kg) were the largest in Nanning. There were no significant difference on pod length and 100-seed weight among environments. GGE biplot analysis showed that the four sites could be divided into two ecological groups, Nanning was separate from Harbin, Qingdao and Nanyang. The yield of JD14 and JD4 were the highest in the two groups respectively. Finally, ten new cowpea lines suitable for different ecological areas were selected, which provided important information for the further demonstration and popularization of these lines.
